Nanaimo Market Stats for January 2019

With the holiday season over its time to get back to Real Estate! We are starting to see a more balanced market with value for both buyers and sellers. Average sale price rose from $518,896 a year ago to $558,848 this year although average price has seen a small decrease this month to $544,902. We’re also seeing a slight rise in number of days a home is on the market and fewer homes sold in the month of January.
